Is it ok if I do not recharge a roaming plan before travelling to a new destination?

In this age where majority of the things we need to action are done with smartphones and data, it is highly advisable to have your data pack activated before travelling. While majority of the airports and train stations have free wifi nowadays, its not fully reliable. Hence its in your best interest to recharge a roaming pack before you take off to the new destination, if buying a travel esim in advance is not your idea of convenience. Also, if planning to rely on public wifi's, make sure you are connected safely so that you are not exposed to digital eavesdropping like snooping and sniffing.
So, to summarise, Its highly recommended to get a data sim before travelling to a new country so that you are connected the moment you land or worst case get the roaming recharge done in advance.
